Refunds & Returns Policy

At Holliday Letter Co, each product is uniquely crafted and personalized. Because of the custom nature of our items, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • All personalized products (including custom letters and keepsakes) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • We cannot issue refunds for errors in personalization details provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect ages, or other submitted details).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery atsupport@hollidayletterco.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once an order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

At Holliday Letter Co, all products are shipped using standard letter postage mail from Canada. We are committed to making sure your personalized letters arrive with care, but please note the following conditions of our shipping policy.

  • All orders are shipped via standard letter mail through Canada Post.
  • No tracking numbers are provided with this service.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada, the United States, and internationally where standard letter mail services are available. Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or lost mail due to incorrect addresses.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Within Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • United States: 7–15 business days.
  • International: 10–25 business days (varies by destination country and postal service).

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs, or other postal delays.

4. Lost or Delayed Mail

Since our shipping method does not include tracking, Holliday Letter Co cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost in transit once handed to Canada Post. In rare cases of non-delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and current Canada Post letter postage rates.
